Bags through our "Quick Turn" program are available in as few as three weeks. Bags through our "Custom" program are available in nine weeks.
Yes, just let your account representative know at the time you place your order.
The minimum order for our Original, Vita and Sling style bags through our "Quick Turn" program is 100 units. The minimum order for our "Custom" program is 250 units.
Check, credit card, and cash are accepted.

Yes. If you have a specific PMS color let us know, otherwise our graphic design department can match the color in your artwork Click here to visit the Pantone website.
Yes, of course! Once we receive your artwork we will generate a digital mock-up for approval. As a double-check we will send photo proofs a couple weeks after the order is placed to confirm accurate placement and colors. We go above and beyond to ensure you receive the highest quality product.
Yes. Embroidery is available. It can take up to one week to receive a quote.
Yes. Sublimation is available in for orders at 5,000 units or more. Can take up to one week to receive a quote. Call for more details.

Yes, and more than once. ChicoBag upholds rigorous testing standards, exceeding government regulations. Third party testing agencies are used to test for lead and other heavy metals. We exceed the standards required by CA Prop 65, CPSIA and the Toxics in Packaging standards.
Only first-time orders are charged a setup fee to cover the costs of design and mockup.
Yes, all ChicoBag products can be machine-washed with mild-soap and hung to dry. Fabric softener should not be used on ChicoBag products.
ChicoBag brand products are manufactured in China and Cambodia. We actively support fair labor and workplace standards throughout our entire supply chain and are Category C members of the Fair Labor Association (FLA). We visit our suppliers and conduct both announced and unannounced independent third-party audits to ensure compliance with the Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing and the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct.
Orders must be made in case pack quantities and our order minimum is $250.

Our order turnaround times are usually 2–3 business days to process, plus days in transit. Please be aware that during promotional periods and the holidays, lead times may increase due to the volume of orders we receive.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. If you prefer to use your own carrier account, please specify this on your order. All orders will be shipped from Chico, CA.
To-Go Ware products can only be sold on the original wholesalers website and cannot be sold on any website for less than our MSRP. Sales of To-Go Ware products on Amazon.com is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by an executive at To-Go Ware.
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order arrives intact. In the very rare occasion your order is damaged in transit, please report it to us within 3 business days from the date of receipt of merchandise. We will issue a call tag and we will replace the merchandise that has been reported, returned and received by To-Go Ware.
Refused shipments and order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred by To-Go Ware.
