rePETe is a trademarked term we use for our exclusive product line made entirely from recycled materials. You can’t find them anywhere else!
Good question! “PET” (sometimes “PETE”) is the abbreviation for “polyethylene terephthalate,” aka the mostcommon type of single-use plastic used for products like bottled beverages, mouthwash, and salad dressing containers. It’s fortunately very easy to recycle into fiber for our reusable bags. Since we’re giving these bottles a repeat round in life, we thought “rePETe” was a pretty clever play on words!
